1. Service

Jak Polak (“Service”) helps you practise Polish pronunciation: recording speech, scoring sounds, and feedback. The website works without an account; some app features may require a PRO subscription.

2. Acceptable use

You use the Service only for personal pronunciation practice. Hacking attempts, bulk automated access, malware, and using someone else’s credentials are forbidden.

3. Audio and microphone

Pronunciation scoring needs microphone access. Recordings are processed on the server. Storage terms are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. PRO subscription

Paid features are sold through the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) and renew automatically until you cancel in the store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancellation and refunds follow the store’s rules.

5. Limitation of liability

Scores and feedback are educational and do not guarantee exam results or a native accent. The Service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect losses from use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new version.
